Kirkland & Ellis is advising MRI Software, a portfolio company of TA Associates, GI Partners and Harvest Partners and global leader in real estate solutions and services, on its agreement to acquire Capita One, a leading provider of software solutions across the UK public sector. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of August 2024 and is subject to regulatory approval and approval by Capita’s shareholders.
