Kirkland & Ellis advised Monomoy Capital Partners on its acquisition of EnviroTech Services, Inc., a distributor of road surface products and provider of road maintenance services headquartered in Greeley, Colorado. Monomoy is the first institutional investor in the founder-owned business. The transaction closed on January 18, 2024.
