Kirkland Advises Cureton Front Range on Sale to Williams Field Services Group

Kirkland & Ellis advised Cureton Front Range LLC, a portfolio company of Tailwater Capital LLC and a fund managed by the Private Equity Group of Ares Management, on its sale to Williams Field Services Group, LLC, a subsidiary of The Williams Companies, Inc., with an expected close in December 2023, subject to regulatory approvals. Cureton is a Denver-based, growth-oriented midstream company focused on providing creative and transparent commercial solutions to oil & gas producers in the DJ Basin.
