Kirkland Advises Comvest Partners on Closing of Sixth Flagship Private Equity Fund at $881 Million

Kirkland & Ellis represented Comvest Partners, a leading middle-market private equity and credit investment firm, on the final close of its sixth flagship private equity fund, Comvest Investment Partners VI, L.P. (CIP VI), with total capital commitments of $881 million. CIP VI received commitments from a diverse global investor group that includes foundations, insurance companies, pension funds, asset managers, consultants and family offices.

The Kirkland team was led by investment funds partners Nicholas DiCrescenzo and Chris Kallos and associate Jonathan Palmer; and tax partners Dan Meehan and Philip Cooke; and included investment funds partners Michael Chu, Christine Matott and Prem Mohan and associate Jordan Keeton; and tax associate Tim Löper.
