Kirkland & Ellis counseled Coastal Welding Supply, one of the most well-respected, high-quality producers and distributors of gases and welding supplies in the United States, in its definitive agreement to be acquired by American Welding & Gas (AWG), one of the nation’s largest independently owned producers and distributors of industrial, medical, beverage and specialty gases.
