Kirkland & Ellis advised software private equity firm Clearhaven Partners on the acquisition of Zixi, the provider of the Software-Defined Video Platform (SDVP). The transaction was announced June 13, 2024. Financial terms were not disclosed. SDVP enables reliable broadcast-quality video delivery over any IP network, any protocol, any cloud provider and any edge device.
