Kirkland & Ellis is advising leading supplier of innovative building products and solutions Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE: CSL) on the sale of Carlisle Interconnect Technologies (“CIT”) to Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) in a transaction valued at $2.025 billion. The Kirkland team is being led by corporate partners Eric Schiele, Maggie Flores and Daniel Yip and associate Asal Yunusov; tax partners Dean Shulman, Sehj Vather and Michael Alcan; antitrust & competition partners Matt Reilly and Chuck Boyars and technology & IP transactions partners Matt Lovell and Joanna Schlingbaum.
