Kirkland Advises Aspia on Acquisition of Accountor Outsourcing

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Aspia, the leading business partner offering technology-enabled accounting, payroll, tax and advisory services in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark, on entering into an agreement to acquire Accountor Outsourcing, a leading provider of accounting, payroll and professional services in the Nordic region. The acquisition is subject to certain conditions and is expected to be completed within a short period.
