Kirkland & Ellis represented Ares Management (“Ares”), a leading global alternative investment manager, on the successful final closing of Ares SSG Capital Partners VI, L.P. (“the Fund”), securing commitments of $2.4 billion in aggregate across the Fund and co-investment vehicles. The Fund is Ares’ sixth closed-ended private credit fund targeting special situation and distressed investments in Asia.
