Kirkland & Ellis advised ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC in its agreement with Duke Energy (NYSE: DUK) to acquire Duke Energy’s commercial distributed generation business for an enterprise value of $364 million, inclusive of non-controlling tax equity interests. The transaction is subject to certain customary conditions to closing.
