Corelight, a network detection and response security vendor, is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to draft, review and negotiate complex commercial and transactional agreements across its enterprise customer base, and to advise on privacy, AI and product-compliance questions as the company scales.
What they’re looking for:
- A law degree and bar admission in good standing
- 5–8 years as in-house counsel at a technology company and/or a law firm, focused on technology transactions
- Substantive knowledge of privacy law and software licensing
