Dropbox wants a legal operations professional to run and improve the systems behind its legal team: workflows, policies, CLM, eBilling and matter management, plus KPIs and dashboards that show the team’s value.
You’ll likely be a fit if you have:
- 3+ years in legal operations or project management inside a legal department or law firm
- Tech industry experience and familiarity with commercial transactions (preferred)
- Experience with tools such as Jira Service Management, Confluence, Ironclad, Spellbook or Brightflag (a plus, not required)
