Santa Ana represents leading private fund sponsors, investors, and joint venture participants across the full lifecycle of private capital — from forming and operating private investment funds and permanent capital vehicles to executing complex secondary transactions. Her practice encompasses strategic minority and preferred equity investments, structured liquidity solutions, co-investment arrangements, internal sponsor transactions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and other bespoke, long-term partnering arrangements.
In addition to her client work, Santa Ana also serves as chair of the Chicago Parent Lawyers Group and previously held a leadership role in the firm’s Black Lawyers Group.
