HSF Kramer’s Jedsarit Sahussarungsi elected as ICC YAAF Regional Representative

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer counsel Jedsarit Sahussarungsi has been elected as a Regional Representative of the ICC’s Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (YAAF), one of 116 new representatives elected globally.

During a two-year mandate, ICC YAAF Representatives work to provide young dispute resolution practitioners with knowledge-sharing opportunities and professional development through a 45,800-strong international network.

“We’re delighted at Jedsarit’s election as a YAAF Regional Representative, which reflects not only his knowledge and experience but also his contribution and drive to develop dispute resolution locally and globally,” said Bangkok managing partner Warathorn Wongsawangsiri.

“Many congratulations to Jedsarit – one of our dispute resolution rising stars and an important member of our very successful Bangkok disputes practice,” said disputes managing partner Simon Chapman KC.

“ICC YAAF acts locally and thinks globally, and we strongly support our young practitioners’ involvement in the network as part of their growth as dispute resolution advisers.”
