
London, 4 August 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised funds managed by StepStone Group Inc. in connection with the closing of Cabot Square Capital LLP’s debut £140 million single-asset continuation fund, CS Capital Partners CV I LP.
The continuation fund acquired all of the interests in Premier Modular Limited held by Cabot’s fifth fund, together with a portion of MML Keystone’s interests. The transaction was underwritten by funds managed by StepStone Group Inc. as sole lead investor.
The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader team was led by Global Head of Private Equity and Funds and Co-head of Secondaries Ed Harris, with Investment Funds partner Jeremy Pickles; Secondaries partner Charlotte Monk, Tax counsel Natalie Psaila and senior associate Natasha Newey; and Secondaries associate Coco Brown and Investment Funds associate Bradley Weller.
