
Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advised Arsenale S.p.A., a leading company in the luxury hospitality and travel sector, on the issuance of its inaugural Senior Secured Nordic Bond with an aggregate nominal value of €300 million.
The transaction marks a significant milestone in Arsenale’s growth strategy and will support the further development of the Group’s asset portfolio, helping to advance its long-term expansion and value creation objectives. Pareto Securities AS acted as sole manager of the transaction.
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advised Arsenale with a team led by managing partner Italy Patrizio Messina and partner Sabrina Setini, and included partner Madeleine Horrocks, senior associate Franco Lambiase and associate Giacomo Farinati. Senior associate Federico Urbani advised on the corporate aspects of the transaction, while Head of Tax Italy Serena Pietrosanti and counsel Maria Cristina Conte advised on the tax aspects.
