
5 August 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised the parties involved in the issuance of a 6 million euro bond by S.I.T.T.I. S.p.A., a company specialised in the development of integrated communication systems for mission-critical and safety-critical environments, on.
BPER Corporate & Investment Banking acted as arranger and dealer. BPER Banca and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti acted as underwriters.
The bond was issued on 31 July 2026 with a five-year maturity. The financing will enable the company to access the capital markets in support of its growth plans, including the development of its core business activities, investments in technological innovation, and the expansion of its foreign subsidiaries.
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advised on the transaction with a team led by partner Alessandro Accrocca, supported by associates Edoardo Minnetti and Noemi Biagini, together with trainee Riccardo Del Torto.
