Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advised Roccaforte, the investment vehicle of the founder of Eco Eridania, in connection with the sale of the entire share capital of Eco Eridania, alongside Icon Infrastructure, to CVC DIF, and Roccaforte’s concurrent reinvestment in the purchaser’s consortium alongside CVC DIF.
Eco Eridania is a leading Italian platform in the environmental services and special waste management sector. The transaction is subject to customary antitrust clearances.
Through the rollover, Roccaforte will increase its investment in the group alongside CVC DIF, supporting Eco Eridania’s next phase of growth in the environmental infrastructure space.
The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader team was led by partners Iacopo Canino and Alessandro Seganfreddo and included Andrea Firmano on corporate/M&A matters. The antitrust aspects of the transaction were handled by partner Domenico Gullo.
