Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advises Crescent Capital Group on financing Battery Ventures’ investment in Sustainability at Work Group

London, 17 September 2026 – Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Crescent Capital Group on financing for Battery Ventures’ investment in the Sustainability at Work Group, a leading German sustainability certification provider serving renewable fuel, circular materials and industrial supply chain clients across more than 130 countries.

The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader team was led by London-based banking partner, Nick Cusack, supported by counsel Seb Brignell and associate Ashali Herai in London. German support was provided by banking partner Thomas Freund, senior associate Tiziana Daxenberger and associate Julia Oelrich in Munich
