
London, 18 September 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Barings, Bridgepoint Credit and Pemberton Asset Management funds on the financing of Inflexion’s acquisition of Primed Group.
Primed Group is a specialist German provider of high-quality medical consumables and sterilisation services. The group designs, manufactures and distributes certified single-use medical consumables used by hospitals and other medical care facilities in more than 70 countries.
The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader team was led by Banking and Loan Finance partner Francis Booth with support from counsel Sarah Moffat, senior associate Harry Walker-White, associate Roslynn Ampomah and trainee Sophia Saunders in London and partner Thomas Freund, counsel Peter Gierl, senior associate Tiziana Daxenberger and associate Julia Oelrich in Munich.
