London, 8 July 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Ares Management funds and HSBC UK on the refinancing of Noventis Safety, a portfolio company of Inflexion Private Equity.
Noventis Safety is a global group of companies dedicated to designing and delivering advanced test and measurement solutions for the fire protection industry and beyond. Headquartered outside of London, Noventis Safety operate regional manufacturing and distribution centres in the UK and across the United States.
The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader team was led by Banking and Loan Finance partner Francis Booth with support from senior associate Harry Walker-White, associate Alex Walker and trainee Sophia Saunders.
