London, 14 September 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Ares Management funds and HSBC UK on the financing of ECI Partners’ acquisition of Shaw Gibbs.
Shaw Gibbs is a top 35 UK accountancy practice, supporting private individuals, entrepreneurial businesses, public sector and non-profit organisations, and international groups with tailored accounting, tax and advisory services.
The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader team was led by Banking and Loan Finance partner Francis Booth with support from senior associates Harry Walker-White and Michael El Gawly, associates Ashali Herai and Emma Jane-Shearer and trainee Julie Levert-Cui.
