26 November 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised TheNiceKitchen S.p.A., controlled by the European investment group 21Invest, on the acquisition of a participation representing the 90% of the corporate capital of Krupps S.r.l., an Italian company active on the manufacturing and assembly of dishwashers and glasswashers, from the sellers Mr. Enrico and Fabio Scanavin.
The transaction is part of a broader project aimed at consolidating the Italian market for professional kitchen equipment, a sector that represents excellence in Made in Italy and is a benchmark at the international level. The combination of the activities carried out by the two companies, TheNiceKitchen and Krupps, will create a group targeting revenues exceeding €75 million in 2025.
The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Luca Picone, and included senior associate Francesco De Michele, associate Eva Campione and trainee Lorenzo Bertola. Partner Mauro Saccani and associate Laura Leonelli advised on the financing aspects of the transaction.
