Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Sysmex Europe SE, part of the Sysmex Group, on the sale of a minority stake of Dasit S.p.A. to Dasit Group S.p.A.
The Sysmex Group is a world-leading manufacturer and supplier of medical devices headquartered in Japan. Dasit S.p.A. is a company active in Italy in the supply and implementation of instrumental and organizational solutions for analysis laboratories.
The Hogan Lovells team advised Sysmex with a team led by partner Francesco Stella with support from senior associate Francesco De Michele and associate Gianluca Ceci.
