
Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Snam S.p.A. on its inaugural perpetual subordinated bond for a nominal value of €1 billion.
The notes will be listed on the Luxemburg Stock Exchange and offered and sold pursuant to English Law.
The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by Italy managing partner Patrizio Messina together with partner Alessandro Accrocca and included associates Edoardo Minnetti and Cosimo Spagnolo, and trainee Noemi Biagini. Serena Pietrosanti, head of Tax Italy, Maria Cristina Conte, counsel, and Noemi Gerbasi, trainee, advised on the tax aspects.
