Led by Partner Dr Carla Luh and Counsel Stipe Bojanic, global law firm Hogan Lovells advised Rune Group S.A. (Rune) on the renegotiation of credit facilities totalling 130 million euros.
As a portfolio company of the Connecting Europe Broadband Funds (CEBF), Rune is managed by Cube Infrastructure Managers (Cube IM), a mid-market infrastructure private equity investor.
With this financing, Rune now enables the expansion of its fiber to the home networks (FTTH) in rural areas of Slovenia and Croatia strengthening its position as a leading broadband provider in such areas.
“We are proud to contribute our expertise to the realization of forward-thinking projects like this one, aimed at expanding digital infrastructure across Europe,” comments Carla Luh.
Hogan Lovells advised on all legal aspects of the financing process. Carla Luh and her team regularly advise on major projects in the infrastructure sector, solidifying their position as leaders in this field.
