Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Piraeus Bank S.A. as international counsel on the sale of a portfolio of non-performing exposures with a gross book value of approximately €350 million, to an entity managed by Waterwheel Capital Management, LP.
The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partners Madeleine Horrocks and Annalisa Dentoni-Litta with support from senior associate Franco Lambiase and trainee lawyer Noemi Biagini.
