A team from global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Pantheon Ventures in its capacity as a lead investor in the private credit transaction that formed part of Wells Fargo’s sale of approximately US$2 billion of investments in certain private credit and private equity funds managed by Norwest Equity Partners and Norwest Mezzanine Partners, each of which was spun out from Wells Fargo as part of the transaction.
Media outlets have noted that this is one of the largest secondary transactions of 2023.
