London – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Pantheon as lead investor on the acquisition by 7RIDGE, a specialist investor focused on financial markets infrastructure and technology, of the Fidelity International Strategic Ventures portfolio of financial technology investments from Fidelity International, a global asset manager.
The transaction expands 7RIDGE’s exposure across key areas of financial markets technology, bringing together investments spanning wealth, retirement, asset management and capital markets infrastructure.
The Hogan Lovells team representing Pantheon was led by London secondaries partner Charlotte Monk, with support from Private Equity & Funds senior associate Castille Cox (Silicon Valley) and associate Mo Shan (London); Investment Funds partner Jeremy Pickles and senior associate Iulia Davidescu (London); Tax partner Caitlin Piper (Washington, D.C.); and Tax counsel Natalie Psaila and senior associate Natasha Newey (London).
