London – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Pantheon as lead investor on the acquisition by 7RIDGE, a specialist investor focused on financial markets infrastructure and technology, of the Fidelity International Strategic Ventures portfolio of financial technology investments from Fidelity International, a global asset manager.
The transaction expands 7RIDGE’s exposure across key areas of financial markets technology, bringing together investments spanning wealth, retirement, asset management and capital markets infrastructure.
