Hogan Lovells advises Pantheon as lead investor in $835 million continuation vehicle for Trading Technologies

London, 1 December 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Pantheon, a leading global private markets investor, as lead investor in a $835 million single-asset continuation vehicle, involving the sale of Trading Technologies, a global capital markets technology platform backed by independent sponsor 7Ridge.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by global Co-Head of Secondaries Ed Harris, with senior associate Charlotte Monk; associates Coco Brown, Olivia Wallwork and Castille Cox (all Secondaries); partner Jeremy Pickles and associate Asha Abram (all Investment Funds); partner Caitlin Piper (Washington D.C.); and counsel Natalie Psaila and associate John Jee (New York) (all Tax).
