
Led by partner Wouter Jongen, the Hogan Lovells Amsterdam banking team has advised on the financing package supporting the investment by Dutch investment company NPM Capital in online print production house Probo.
NPM Capital was established in 1948 as part of the post-war reconstruction effort to provide risk capital to Dutch companies and has been part of SHV Holdings since 2000.
Our involvement builds on earlier financing advice provided with respect to NPM’s investments in Bergman Clinics, HQ Pack, Royal Dutch Otolift and Kramp.
