Led by Frankfurt partner Dr Tim Oliver Brandi, global law firm Hogan Lovells advised NÜRNBERGER Versicherung on the sale of NÜRNBERGER Pensionsfonds AG to Metzler Pension Management GmbH.
With the acquisition of NÜRNBERGER Pensionsfonds AG, Metzler Pension Management GmbH will take over the entire portfolio of pension relationships of NÜRNBERGER Pensionsfonds AG, expectedly as of 1 January 2025. As of the end of 2023, this portfolio comprised more than 700 companies with approximately 3,600 individual pension agreements and a capital investment volume of more than EUR 290 million.
Hogan Lovells advised NÜRNBERGER Versicherung on all corporate aspects relating to the divestment.
