Hogan Lovells advises managers on capital increase of Neinor Homes for approximately €229 million carried out through an accelerated bookbuilding offering

Our Capital Markets team has advised Banco Santander and J.P. Morgan, as global coordinators, and the rest of the managers (Citigroup, Crédit Agricole, Société Générale and Alantra) on the capital increase of Neinor Homes carried out through an accelerated bookbuilding offering.

The amount of the offering totalled approximately €229 million, and the proceeds will be used to partially finance the voluntary public takeover bid for all shares of Aedas Homes, for a maximum amount exceeding one billion euros, announced by Neinor Homes on 16 June 2025.

The deal was led by partners Íñigo Berrícano and Alex Parkhouse and counsel Álvaro Albors, with the support of associate José Antonio Garaña and counsel Mark Devlin.
