
Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised the majority shareholders of Sales-i Limited, a leading provider of revenue intelligence software that helps businesses maximize their revenue and profitability, on its sale to software company SugarCRM.
The acquisition comes nearly a year after SugarCRM announced a partnership with Sales-I Limited to improve business-to-business (B2B) sales performance by delivering AI-powered revenue intelligence that leverages the data of a business’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and CRM.
The acquisition will expand SugarCRM’s capabilities and accelerate development processes which will provide customers with actionable intelligent sales strategies and create a significant market impact.
The Hogan Lovells team that represented Sales-i Limited was led by London based Private Equity partner Simon Grimshaw with support from partners Zohar Nevo (M&A, Boston), Michael Szlamkowicz (Private Equity, New York) and Fred Cristman (Banking, Washington); and associates Bodunde Ajenifuja (M&A, London), Lexi Bender (M&A, Boston) and Kirsty Paterson (M&A, London).
