Led by Munich partner Dr Nikolas Zirngibl, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised the Kudelski Group, a global leader in digital security, on the sale of SKIDATA group to ASSA ABLOY, a global leader in access solutions.
Under the Kudelski Group’s leadership over the past 23 years, SKIDATA has evolved into a global provider of innovative solutions for Parking & Mobility and Sports & Entertainment. The transaction is part of the Kudelski Group’s strategy to streamline its focus on digital security technologies and solutions for Media, the Internet of Things and Cybersecurity markets.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions and is expected to close during the third quarter of 2024.
