Hogan Lovells advises Italgas in the new overall €1 billion dual-tranche issue

Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Italgas S.p.A. in the issue of 5- and 9-year dual-tranche bonds, both at fixed rate and for an overall amount of 1 billion Euro under the EMTN (Euro Medium Term Notes) programme.

The issue consists of a tranche of 500 million Euro maturing in 2030, with a fixed annual coupon of 2.875% and a second tranche of 500 million Euro maturing in 2034, with a fixed annual coupon of 3.500%.

The bonds are governed by English law and are listed on the regulated market operated by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The Hogan Lovells team that advised Italgas was led by partner Alessandro Accrocca and composed by associate Edoardo Minnetti and trainees Noemi Biagini and Riccardo Del Torto.
