
London, 5 January 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised lead investor Eurazeo on the structuring of Qualium Investissement’s first continuation fund to support Proengin, a global leader in sovereign Nuclear, Radiological, Biological and Chemical (NRBC) threat detection solutions, in its next phase of international growth.
The Hogan Lovells team was led by Global Head of Private Equity and Funds and Co-head of Secondaries Ed Harris, with associates Olivia Wallwork and Coco Brown, alongside Investment Funds partner Amelia Stawpert and associate Manny Kulaga, Private Equity partner Paul Leroy (Paris) and Tax senior associate Natasha Newey.
