Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services on the acquisition of the controlling stake in LBS Luxury Brands Services.
Hogan Lovells assisted Bureau Veritas with a cross-border and multi-disciplinary team led by partners Luca Picone and Carlos Ramos with support from senior associate Martino Filippi, associate Elena Papa, and trainees Lorenzo Bertola and Piermaurizio Francesconi. The team also comprised of other team members based in various jurisdictions.
