Milan – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised BNP Paribas Cardif on the signing of an agreement with ICCREA Banca related to the establishment of a strategic bancassurance partnership in the life insurance sector.
This agreement provides the acquisition by BNP Paribas Cardif of a majority stake in BCC Vita, the life insurance company of the BCC ICCREA Group, and the signing of a distribution agreement.
Hogan Lovells provided assistance to BNP Paribas Cardif with a cross-practice team led by partner Francesco Stella with support from counsel Martina Di Nicola, senior associate Martino Filippi, associate Elena Papa and trainee Federico Paganelli for corporate M&A matters.
