Hogan Lovells advises Adenes Italia on the acquisition of Sogesa

Through the acquisition of Sogesa, the Adenes Group further strengthens its presence in the motor insurance and insurance BPO sectors by completing the entire claims value chain – from loss assessment to claims settlement, and from call center services to BPO activities. The transaction consolidates the Group’s positioning in Italy as a full‑service claims management operator, enabling it to offer insurance companies a single point of contact throughout the entire lifecycle of a claim, supported by a network of more than 1,000 experts.
