AnaCap, a market leading private equity investor, acquired a majority stake in DK Accountants & Adviseurs, a leading founder-led Dutch accountancy services provider. This acquisition is AnaCap’s first investment in the Netherlands.
Our involvement builds on our recent advisory role in the financing of Inflexion Private Equity’s strategic minority investment in accounting and consultancy firm Baker Tilly Netherlands, highlighting the growing trend of consolidation in the Dutch accounting sector.
