Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer closes $2.43 billion financing for the acquisition of U.S. and Canadian Motorcyle loan portfolios

HSF Kramer represented the administrative agent and lenders in connection with a $1,768,822,554 term loan and $660,000,000 revolving credit facility to finance the acquisition of a portfolio of motorcycle loans.  This transaction closed on October 30, 2025.
