On August 31, 2026, HSF Kramer client Sentinel Capital Partners announced the sale of Revenew International, a Houston, Texas based professional services firm specializing in cost recovery and performance improvement, to Bernhard Capital Partners, a private markets investment firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
