Valeara is a leading provider of ambulatory mental healthcare services in Germany. The group has around 1,000 employees at 13 locations across Germany and treats patients in the fields of psychiatry, neurology and psychotherapy.
Luxempart is a Luxembourg-based listed investment company with a net worth of EUR 2.3bn. Luxempart’s Direct Investment strategy includes equity tickets ranging from EUR 25m up to EUR 100m in the DACH region, France, BeLux and Northern Italy.
