Leading global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer has advised ClearScore, one of the UK’s leading fintech companies, on its acquisition of Acre Platforms, the UK’s leading mortgage brokerage tech platform.
The acquisition will form part of ClearScore’s diversification into further strategic markets as it looks to expand its footprint in the mortgage provision market.
