Herbert Smith Freehills has advised the investment company GENUI in connection with all legal aspects of the financing of the acquisition of a majority stake in KGS Software GmbH (“kgs”). The financing was provided by funds managed by Capital Four.
kgs is a digital archiving specialist for top global companies for more than 20 years. Data and documents from SAP and other leading applications are migrated and archived using efficient, streamlined software.
