Freshfields advised ZF Friedrichshafen and ZF North America Capital Inc. on the issue of notes with a total nominal amount of $1.5bn. The issue comprised two tranches of notes with terms of six and eight years, which carry interest coupons of 6.750% and 6.875%, respectively.
The green notes were issued in accordance with ZF’s Green Finance Framework.
