Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised Nordic Trustee AS as bond trustee on German law aspects in connection with Media Central Holding GmbH’s (the Issuer) offering of €250 million 9.75% Norwegian law FRN senior secured sustainability-linked bonds due 2027, provided for the purpose of refinancing of certain of the Issuer’s existing debt and for partially financing the acquisition of ShopFully S.p.A. The financing package also includes a revolving credit facility.
