Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised the banks on a €100 million financing for INDEX-Werke GmbH & Co. KG Hahn & Tessky. The financing with a tenor of five years is provided for the refinancing of the borrower existing credit agreement. The credit agreement comprises of two facilities. The interest conditions of the credit agreement may be linked to the achievement of quantitative ESG criteria.
Freshfields advised Landesbank Baden-Württemberg on all legal aspects of the refinancing.
