Freshfields advises Agilent Technologies, a global leader in analytical and clinical laboratory technologies, on its agreement to sell Resolution Bioscience, a company that develops and commercializes next-generation sequencing-based precision oncology solutions, to Exact Sciences Corporation. Agilent acquired Resolution Bioscience in 2021 in a transaction on which Freshfields also advised.
